agency, Paul was a District Sales Manager for Erie Insurance working with over 30 different agencies in
Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia. Paul moved with his wife Kami and two children Abbie and Ellie to
Fuquay-Varina, NC after Kami took a teaching job with Wake County Public School System in Holly Springs.
In October 2010, Paul moved the agency into his home so he could focus on providing superior customer service.
He is committed to providing the best customer service and working from his home allows him to work whenever he
is needed. If available, Paul provides clients and potential clients exceptional service by answering his phone
from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Working from home also allows him to meet clients in their home, at work, their
business, at a local coffee shop or restaurant, or wherever is most comfortable for the client.
Insurance is a relationship business and meeting clients in their home allows Paul to spend as much time as
needed allow the client to feel comfortable with the insurance coverages they select. The agency's tag line is
"making insurance simple" and Paul uses his 4 1/2 years of experience teaching high school physics to do just
that. Paul knows that not everyone understands the coverages they have, but he takes the time to explain the
